What gets a reply

• A template that won't open or prints wrong. Please say which template, which program you used (for example, Word for Windows, Word for Mac, Google Docs or LibreOffice), and what went wrong. A photo of the printed page helps.
• Corrections. A menu that has moved, a link that no longer works, a date or fact that's out of date. Say which page, and it gets fixed.
• Template ideas. Tell us what your church or club prints that isn't here. Not every idea becomes a template, but every one is read.

What we can't help with

We can't give legal advice about copyright or licensing. For questions about a particular song, ask the licensing organization your church uses or your denomination's office; our hymns and copyright guide lists where to start.

We also can't fix a specific Publisher file for you, and please don't email files containing members' names and addresses. The guide to opening old Publisher files covers the options.

Replies usually take a few days.
